reasonable accommodations  "Reasonable accommodations" is the legal term used in Title 1 of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) to describe workplace accomodations for individuals with disabilities.  "Reasonable accommodations" here are defined as "any change in the workplace environment or in the way a job is performed that enables a person with a disability to enjoy equal employment opportunities.
